Loved everything about our stay excellent until it was time to check out check we got double charged for the two night stay and valet. So before you checkout make sure whoever is at the desk know what they are doing and explaining the charges before you leave the hotel!

A large corporate Christmas party was happening on the property, so everything was very crowded. Small rooms, and bathrooms. seems to be updated but bathrooms have dirt/mold around the edges. Quite rooms. Staff nice!

The girl who checked us in Sunday evening November 9, 2025 was barely competent. She didn't tell us that the elevator, upon entering the car, we needed to hold our hotel key card to the round black disc that is above the floor numbers, in order to activate the elevator. She also didn't know where the stairwell is if I chose to take the stairs.
