I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one. Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

리조트 엄청 고민해서 골랐는데 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요 방도 깨끗하고 시설도 너무 좋고 조경도 너무 예쁘게 잘되있고 무엇보다 수영장이 엄청 큰게 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요 또가고싶네요

Un tres bel etablissement bien entretenu, des chambres spacieuses et confortables, la nourriture est de qualité, personnel nombreux et aux petits soins, merci à Nathalie qui parle francais. La plage et les piscines sont tres belles. Un hotel calme , reposant, pour recharger les batteries.Ideal pour les couples.

A Wonderful Stay at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh

We had an amazing weekend at Fusion Resort Cam Ranh. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Nathalie for her exceptional care and attention – she truly made our experience even more memorable. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were top-notch. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Staying at Fusion resort was really really nice. My 5year old son loved the little farm there. He enjoyed egg collecting, pig feeding, chicken feeding. Staff was so kind to kids. Food was goo; both Vietnamese local cuisine and Western cuisine. Of course the spa was pampering and relaxing. Room and the private pool was wonderful as well. It was just perfect.

Fusion resort is beautiful. The pools are amazing. The beach is clean. The food is so good and caters to many different tastes. The rooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. There’s a great gym on premises, a tennis court, table tennis and foosball. The spa is excellent as well. But what really stood out for me was the service. They anticipated our every need. Accommodated any request and were so incredibly kind and courteous. We LOVED our stay.
