I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one. Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.
