The hotel was great, only problem was it was quite noisy due to the sailing club across the road and their loud parties. It was a bit cold and windy at the pool. Otherwise staff and amenities were fantastic.

The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. From check in to check out, we were constantly being assisted or being offered assistance. Recommendations from the concierge were very helpful.

While the staff and hotel manager was responsive, I was placed at a top level room and on a corner. This meant that you could hear everything on the roof. There was a sound of what was thought to be thunder for a full minute for every 30 minutes, day and night. The manager and maintenance/building engineer couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and offered to move me to different floor. Housekeeping staff was lazy when they made my room and threw my comforter over my pillows rather than tightening the corners and folding the top down. There were massive red-looking stains on the hallway carpets and the bathroom showers had mold in both rooms. Breakfast was mediocre in comparison to the Intercontinental and Sheraton nearby. They would repeat some meals everyday while others every two to three days. It’s something to eat in passing and convenient if you’re willing to pay extra for breakfast or book through a place that has it included. If not, there’s Starbucks downstairs and a cafe across the street. Not to mention a mall connected to the building. Overall, the staff is really nice and friendly from breakfast to the lobby. I don’t know if I’ll stay here again but if you’re looking for a three-star hotel with beachfront view and all you can eat breakfast, I would go with this. The Sheraton has mold and a musty smell in all the rooms so this was my last resort.

Spacious room with everything you would need. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food. Even when busy did not have to wait long for anything. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Nice location close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. We gad a room with an ocean view. We didn't even psy for ut, bonus! We were surprised that the bed was setup as 2 single beds, not as a king sized bed. Our room didn't get cleaned the first day, but after talking to the front desk, it was cleaned and replenished with extra water. The breakfast was excellent!

The room is very nice. I had the ocean view with the balcony. Wonderful, spotless, thick towels with complementary minibar. Can not ask anything more The breakfast had trillions of choice ftom American to Vietnamese authentic. We woul come back here again

The room was in good condition except for the refrigerator that didn't work. On the morning of my last day, I let tet them know. 8 hours later, they finally sent someone. I was already in bed because I had a 4:30 a.m. wakeup. Not having cold water or anywhere to get my own ice was problematic

🇺🇸 ENGLISH VERSION I stayed at Vinpearl Front Beach Hotel Da Nang, and overall, it’s worth the money. ✅ The hotel is clean, new, and right across from the beach. ✅ The room is exactly as shown online — bright, fresh, and comfortable. ✅ The view is excellent, and the vibe is peaceful. ✅ The welcoming drink on check-in is a nice touch. ✅ Staff help with luggage from the moment you arrive. However, to become even better, I believe the hotel should: ➕ Train the staff to be more proactive — anticipate guest needs before being asked. ➕ Improve the check-in experience to feel more warmly personal and energetic. ➕ Encourage staff to greet guests with more enthusiasm from the entrance. ➕ Respond faster to requests — speed and attentiveness matter at this level. 💡Conclusion: The hotel has great potential. If the team focuses more on human connection and proactive service, this place could easily become a top beachside destination in Nha Trang.
