New, nice, but not ideal location
Apartment is new and is really nice, but the nearest metros are all about a 10min walk which can feel a bit far. The room is a bit tight, so for 3 adults it can feel a bit cramped. Not really any food options nearby, but there is a supermarket really close by that is open 24hrs.

No personal service No phone to call for service Recycling is confusing as there is no bin for paper The pot has NO handles, got burnt the first day Loud noise from neighbours at 10 pm!! Who do call to complain????

This apartment has everything, even a private washing machine. Out of all the places where I stayed in Japan this was the best one.

A great stay!
The hotel was great! Very friendly staff, convenient location. A short walk to multiple train stations, convenience stores and Okachimachi Station shopping street. Very quiet and peaceful area. Highly recommended. If you don't speak or can't read Japanese and can't figure out the hot water for the shower/bath, there's a temperature control thermostat for the water on the wall. You can adjust the water temp in celcius and how many liters to heat from there. Hope that helps!
