Great location, friendly and efficient staff, very comfortable and clean accommodation, great views from the upper floors. Twin bedded rooms are a bit tight for floor space, but that didn’t spoil our stay.

Hotel is pretty new, well located within walking distance to Shinbashi Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Snack bar is a real bonus!
The only feedback to Wotif is that although we put the number of kids we were coming with and their ages in the booking, when we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay extra for our 12 y/o boy. Staff at the hotel were quick to sort the issue, but Wotif should account for this in advance when taking the booking online.
