Walkable within 10-15 of 3 stations. Staff are great friendly and helpful. Bed is on the smaller size for 2 adults but ok. Food options and convenience store close by. Would stay again.

This was a great hotel to stay at! It is located in a more quiet part of Tokyo, away from the main central busy part of the city. However, it is a 10 minute walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and can speak English which was helpful! I love the free amenities provided for guests right by the service desk.

The hotel was just fine. Bed comfort was average. Sometimes the matress would squeek. The walls were quite thin which meant you could hear noise from other rooms next door. The bathroom felt a bit cramped though. My knees were millimetres away from the door when using the toilet.

The fee was low but so were the amenities. No room cleaning. No lobby. No restaurant or bar. No frills at all. Decent WiFi friendly staff. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Convenient and comfortable

The location is very convenient. The room is small but comfortable and equipped with everything need. The bed is comfortable too. So no complaint about that. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very generous for amenities as well. They don't provide cleaning the room during the stay and guests have to discard garbage ourselves. So being that, the price is a bit high in my opinion. They don't provide breakfast too but finding things to eat is very easy.

I stayed for about two weeks and I had a great time staying at this property! It had all the amenities I needed and it was very close to both Otsuka Station and the Sunshine City Shopping Mall so it was a convienient stay. The staff was also very helpful and I could still communicate with English.
