Just know it is not a resort and is overpriced. It needs quite a bit of tlc. Broken tile in showers, overall maintenance needed, no propane in smashed heaters, small dingy rooms, dirty outside furniture, etc.

While this is not a luxury accommodation, it is an ideal place to stay if you want easy access to San Francisco but don't want to deal with city parking and traffic. Tiburon is charming with great restaurants to relax at after a long day in the city. It's an easy and scenic ferry ride into San Francisco. The property was pleasant and the staff very friendly. We will be back!

The property looks nice from the exterior but not once you walk to the rooms. The rooms are dated and could use some TLC for the price. The pillows were garbage and was like sleeping on a cot.
