Second visit- first visit experience overall was marvellous though a few years ago now. This time- reception felt unwelcoming probably because it was crowed. Rooms clean and tidy. Overall property experience good though all staff in general seem confused about their jobs. Probably not entirely their fault but feel the burden of ensuring everyone is looked after as best as possible in turn making them seem rushed and confused. Will try again in a couple of years but seems there are plenty other options to try in fiji

Our stay at the Radisson was lovely. The resort has a modern, clean aesthetic, and coming straight from the Outrigger, you could definitely see and feel the change in style — it was very nice and refreshing. The resort itself is smaller, but it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided amazing service throughout our stay. The food was good, and overall it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We would happily recommend this resort for families looking for a modern, comfortable stay.

Our third time at this resort and it’s ALWAYS a delight. Staff are so warm and friendly they make you feel genuinely welcome. Rooms are exceptionally clean and nothing ever seems too much trouble for the friendly housekeeping staff. Comfortable size rooms with great views. The Radisson is particularly suited to families and the Activities staff run a great program each day to keep kids and adults engaged and entertained. Walking through all the surrounding resorts (which are all lovely) the Radisson is a stand out for its fun and energetic atmosphere. Special thanks to Keresi whose exceptional customer care made our stay extra special and to Elijah whose willingness to share Fijian culture with anyone keenly interested was much appreciated.
