This room was well appointed which the latest devices such as a large sized smart TV. The staff was very accomidating, with the receptionist recommending a good quality Filipino restuarant in the area for my wife.

The boss was rude and said he didn’t mean to offend but said we are the noisiest group he’s had but what do you expect from a group with a lot of kids. So unwelcoming

This is absolutely out of this world. This group booked 5 rooms and supposed be 10 person. We lost count how many there were as all time they and their guests (guests of the guests) keep going in and out plus two kids running around without supervision. We got most of another guests complaining about noise this group created. They rearranged furnitures, drunk and smoked on balconies. They managed rooms with closers to bang all day and night. One had to be repaired after them. We had 12 full rubbish bags of their rubbish left. Ash everywhere.Cigarrets butts. I wasnt rude I said that I got plenty complains from other guests and offered them full refund if they only like to move out I should never allow them to stay. Some was so overweight I had to repair toilet seats. Took two cleaners 6 each hours to clean after them. How come every Expedia guest can write rubbish and hotels cannot named and shame those guests? Why Expedia and Tripadvisor publish all those ratings, but hotels cannot named them?? Voyager never will accept their booking again and I am sorry of others who will not knowing what they up to. Guests from hell .That how I can describe this group. How guests from 5 rooms could upset all guests from remaining 40 plus rooms? And still complain? Those stories are every day occurrence in every hotel and I propose that hotels organise register of such guests so we know who to refuse. And yes you are unwelcome as a group at Voyager.

Clean room and for 1 night stay it was ok. We felt it was over priced for what we got & location. No hand towels, no washers and no bathroom accessories, no internet, no phone in rooms. We were told, we dont supply those things as thats why the price is what it is. We have stayed at many hotels and feel for the price we paid it was over priced.

Sorry not to meet your expectation. Try next time to book into cheaper hotel and then compare. Every day fresh huge ,bath towel per person. Soap, shampoo and moisturiser all in one. Idea taken from many 4 star European hotels. No phones, but I found 99% guests got mobile phones with own internet. I do wait for NBN. I guess would I have internet and ask you to pay for usage( most hotels do charge) you will be unhappy as well. Our prices are well below compatible hotels in the area. Sorry again.

Firstly is NOT right that anyone can write anything and remain ANONYMOUS. That very person gave the lowest rating of Voyager and didnt wrote even one word why. So let explain to all why she couldn't say a word. That person, a women, was the only one booking on line on that day, so is easy to recognise the author of this so called "review". She booked under different name to a person which shown up in reception just few minutes after 10 PM. I informed her that according to Expedia rules , which hotels got to abide, only person who booked could actually check in. That part was the easiest part. I could call Expedia and we might overcome that issue. Next I was told that Hotel was booked not for her or her friend, but for two girls, which were present with her. I asked girls for their age. Female said that one girl is 14 and other 15. When I said that without adult I cannot give them a room I was told that women is well travelled and never come across fact that she cannot accommodate underaged and I am an idiot and I will regret refusal. Women and two girls left. That night I got (5) abusive calls from that women who actually booked talking with slurry voice. She said that is my last day on job, as next day she will ask owner of Voyager to dismiss myself. In first her phone call, because she was abusive and swearing I said that unless she change way she speaks I will be forced to terminate a call. I did that after another, about two minutes of my warning, as women was even more abusive. That night she made another four abusive calls. As Voyager welcome everyone, same time have to comply with all Australian laws, conditions of agreements and common sense. I will suggest to Ms Anonymous to be more careful in making malicious and defamatory statements as with today technology, CCTV recordings at Voyager ,you could be found and brought to justice.

Because some idiot wrote terrible , not even review, about new, brand new hotel, when most guests rating 5/5 Expedia want us to respond. Firstly that person have no right to hide itself under "Anonymous", secondly everyone should give a valid reason. Unfortunately one in five person in NSW is either mentally disturbed or under severe stress. Unless that person gives valid reasons I say to jump the lake. Hope that mighty Expedia after their censorship let this reply through.
