I cannot even apologise for that screaming women. When people book on Expedia hotel got no much choice who enter the hotel. We reject only in extreme. By booking on Expedia people who normally will be refused getting entry into all hotels. Once hotel refuse they write all over internet and Expedia. That night this women was out of control (drugs?) and we were forced to call 000 to remove from premises. In matter of smell I only could determine if any problem when you address on the day. You the only one who complained so I could not know what that was about.
