Room was good but traffic noise was a problem. No box of tissues in the room which other motels usually supply.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately charm of Sydney is constant traffic, sirens or planes. I agree that rooms facing road are exposed to more noise than those facing parking .Maybe next time you try room facing parking instead road. Voyager is proud that because we keeping our costs to minimum we are one of the cheapest around despite having new, modern clean premises. You asked for box of tissue. Others like more towels, Hand towels. Face towels. Slippers. Creams. Pay TV.Kitchen.Want to use 3 or more parking spaces. Want use of room for 24 hours. You could have all of that at more. Just matter of price and Voyager never intend to be in territory of 4 star plus hotels with their prices.

On subject of food guilty as charged. Voyager just opened extension, new building. So far only two additional levels of accomodation. Lower level will be restaurant and a cafe. It is almost finished but completion of furnishing, liquor licence, finding good chef taking more time then anticipated. Sorry for inconvenience and hoping that by your next stay or above will be functioning.

The room was clean but only had one towel per occupant, no face washer, no additional towels, no bathroom products (including only one cake of soap).

Sorry to disappoint you, but every room got two soap( maybe only one was put by mistake,- our apology.) We provide one bath size towel only and try to keep our prices as low as possible Mr/Mrs Anonymous. I always wonder why some guests do not talk issues like yours with reception, but happy to write about it after fact. I guess we lost your patronage unless our price is so good that despite your negative remarks you visit us again.
