"Good hotel. Bathroom floods"
I enjoy staying here, its just a shame that the bathroom design means that after a shower the bathroom floods meaning a wade to the toilet.

"Disappointing this time around"
Aircon controls did not work. Had to get the batteries changed. TV was not working properly - reception so poor unable to watch it. Had someone come and look at it but after 20minutes they could not work out the problem so I asked them to leave as I needed to have a meeting. Music system initially not working however this was fixed upon my request. Key lock cards needed to be reconfigured twice in order to work properly. No apology from the hotel for these inconveniences. Could do without the hassles when I am travelling for business.

"Quiet clean modern and comfortable. "
I rang twice to check on something and got good service on the phone. Rooms had high ceilings, nice furnishings, felt spacious for a city apartment, clean modern spacious bathroom with MOR shampoo and lotion. Even though there was a club a few doors down the room was dead quiet at midnight so slept well ( and im a loght sleeper)!! Only thing was carpark is not suitable for 4WD or long vehicles...very tight spacing!! And u need to prebook for $30 unlimited use per day

"A good stay"
The hotel staff were good and we couldn't fault any amenities. If we stay at the Abey again, we will take the advice from staff and stay further away from the hotel pool as the sound does echo in the mornings.

"Hotel is in an excellent position. "
Round & bed very comfortable. Bathroom/toilet no problem to access but didn't receive soap on arrival? A little noisy each night but we were tired so didn't worry us. Amazing food also.

"Don't judge a book by its cover."
The inside accommodation is comfortable and roomy. Don't bother about taking a car - the car park is not near the hotel and public transport is readily available

Had a great stay, staff were attentive and had fabulous views from the very funky loft room. Only thing I would tweak is the bath took ages to fill up!

Adequate no frills hotel very convenient to central station. No lift so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. Free Wifi is a bonus. I would stay again, so easy to get around Sydney by train.
