great place to stay

Clean and new is the hotel enjoyed our stay the only thing I can suggest is that they have cloths line in the Barth room to hang wet cloths would return to this hotel

Nice hotel next to Tunjungan Plaza

We chose this hotel because it is located next to TP5. Just few steps to Sogo from UG floor and to cinema from 6th floor. The staff are so friendly and helpful. 1st night we stayed in 15th floor's guestroom. We had to ask for another room because of the water slowly drained from the basin and the smell of septic tank made us feel very uncomfortable. They moved us to the spg room on 20th floor which was better. The room size and facility are the same but there wasn't any problem at all for the rest of our nights. Would still recommend this hotel to friends and family but hopefully they fix the drainage system. I read few reviews of this hotel re the water won't drain from the basin or shower and the toilet smell. I think the management should find the source of the problem and fix it rather than give their guests a temporary solution. During holiday season if the hotel was fully occupied it would be very hard to change room.
