Massively underwhelmed

Way overpriced. This is certainly an example of price gouging. Over $500 a night for a hotel that I was not sure I wanted to shower in. This hotel needs a massive update or price reduction. I hate that Hotels will give a place a 9 out of 10 when it really deserves a 3.

The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was good, but hot food was not warm. (I heard a staff member tell someone the rain had interfered with their electricity.

The bed was fabulous and they have dark shades in the room. After a hot day traveling I checked in and went to a great brewery right down the street for dinner then came back to my very clean and comfortable room, drew the dark blinds to block out the sun and slept like the dead! I will stay here again for sure..

I should start by saying the breakfast was amazing with lots of options and great quality. Service at the breakfast was great too. Great location. Great location for visiting attractions in the Grand canyon South rim area.

Noticed large amount of dust behind lamp shades between beds. No vending machine to purchase tylenol. Had to go out in the middle of the night Buffet at breakfast great except there for not having sugar free syrup

Perfect accomodations just outside the Canyon. Very clean, breakfast was great. We stayed just before the summer season, when shuttle into the canyon started, but we would have def taken advantage of that if it had been available. Staff waa very friendly and helpful.
