Overall fine for our 1-night stay after visiting the Grand Canyon. It is more of a motel-feel with doors on the outside, but it was clean, beds comfy and a small table with chairs. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful and we saw an elk deer in the parking lot😳 The facility itself was dated but again, it was a clean place to sleep for one night and also very quiet!

Hotel room could be better for that price

Due to the proximity to the Grand Canyon this was an overall good stay, but there are many things that have to be improved. We are glad that the stay in the hotel was during two late evenings and nights. The hotel seems overpriced for the quality of the room. The good: - Location: close to the Grand Canyon - Nice lobby/check in area The bad: - Outdated room - Old (overused) soft bad mattresses - Very little sun light (no window to outside) with not so good lighting in the room. - Dirty remote tv

수영장은 물이 따뜻하여 아이들이 밤에도 재밌게 즐겼다. 그러나, 호텔이 오래되어 많이 낡았다. 에어컨이 오래되어 너무 낡았고 관리가 안되는지 팬에서 검은 이물질이 나와서 가동할수 었었다. 화장실에서는 개미가 나와서 아이들이 기겁했다. 세면대 아래에서는 누수까지 발생되어 놀랐다.

Overall good

It was very straightforward. Helpful staff. We were tied up and late for check out, and when we called they said it was no problem at all, wasn’t made a problem and weren’t charged. There was a little fridge which was unexpected and nice. We only slept there for the night and didn’t get to enjoy all the other neat things like really nice dining, including dining and hot tub in an atrium.
