The food was subpar and servers were reluctant to modify items and were smartallic when paying for food and drinks. The customer service was very poor. When asked about handicap modifications they told us we were put on the second floor. When asked about medical attention they told us to hydrate, when asked why we got double charged they made excuses about a system glitch, when following up with refund that never appeared...more excuses and now accusations. The person on the phone was very defensive.
The room smelled like burned oven, I'm assuming after the self cleaning cycle. Other than that the room was clean with a spacious bathroom, but did not have grab bars near toilet for accessibility. It was right next to the tour buses and train station all within 100 feet of the room.
