Staff in all the areas was lovely and helpful. Loved the on line check in and check out. All communication was by text. Iwas notified by text when my room was ready several hours early. Love that! Food was ok, but very expensive. Being that the hotel is inside the park, i expected that. You pay for the convenience.

Clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. Convenient location close to canyon. Shuttle convenient and stops right in front of lodge. Food court and gift shop in lobby. Hugo at the gift shop was so nice and friendly and thoughtfully taped a little knife to our fudge. Loved our stay!!

The TV in my friend’s connecting room did not work. Linens on bed were clean but bathroom towels smelled. Rooms were a bit dingy, need paint and deep cleaning. The heater worked but it was very dirty. Breakfast was just ok, the on site pizza restaurant had great tasting pizza, service staff were polite and professional, overall the restaurant had a relaxed and cozy feel to it. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall the property inside and out needs updating.
