It was a wonderful place to stay while we enjoyed the wonders of the Grand Canyon. Staying in the park made our experience richer because we were able to e walk to the room easily and access the shuttle easily

Great stay for two nights. Stayed at Maswik South (the newer lodging) and loved the room. The bed was comfortable and building was generally quiet. The walls did look like they have been patched up quite a bit, despite it being only being built a few years ago.

It was nice to stay in Grand Canyon. We were able to see the sunset and could watch the sunrise. We also got to do star gazing with the park rangers for free. We saw Elk right outside the hotel. The parking was great. The cafeteria food court had alot of great options. I loved that it was not a far walk to grab the red or blue bus. Oh and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They should change their staff, all of it, terrible experience. It seems they work because they have to, not because they enjoy what they are doing. I didnt feel welcome nor appreciated. Staff hardly say hello, difficult for them to come with a solution when needed. Lovely place but with that service i would hardly ever return to that hotel.
