This place was great. We stayed at the Lodge but tbh the motel section looked nice too. The staff were so nice, a shout out to Sonny who checked us in and he was super kind. This place was great we used the hot tub after we hiked the grand canyon. The restaurants were within walking distance. Beware the restaurants and convenience store on this strip are extremely overpriced (so much that it was cheaper to eat at high end restaurants in Sedona than to eat on this strip of restaurants). I need to repeat EVERY staff member we encountered were super nice and helpful. We Loved the Red feather and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is very nice. The staff was lovely! Cynthia was outstanding. She helped us plan our itinerary at the Grand Canyon and was super sweet. The hotel should provide more or bigger soap, shampoo etc. ( the bottles were very small and not sufficient).

The room was clean and comfortable. A great location to the Canyon and the Pink Jeep Tours. The visitor center was just next door. The hotel did offer 24/7 fresh coffee but did not have a restaurant or bar. They are affiliated with 2 local restaurants that you can get. discount at by showing your room key. The check in was easy, friendly and professional
