I would like to rate this hotel higher. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly/ helpful, and the pool/jacuzzi very nice. However, the only available dining (pub) was by far the worst dining experience of my life. The "nachos" consisted of stale chips with some yellow goop poured on top. The cheddar burger was ordered medium, but was the consistency of charred shoe leather, and had the same yellow goop as a topping. This not only was not cheddar, it made the bun so soggy you could not pick it up. The wing s were so salty I could only take one bite. The only other item on the menu was pizza, but we did not bother.

We had a nice stay. The property is older and is showing its age. They are working to update the property and there was a fair amount of construction. The kids enjoyed the arcade, bowling, and indoor pool. Our room was large and quiet. Overall I would stay here again.

Excellent location to visit Grand Canyon
Very nice hotel with huge swimming pools inside and outside. There is also hot tubs. Room was large and very clean. Service was good despite the fact that we were there in January which is definitely a low season there. Excellent location 10 minutes to South Rim Grand Canyon Park entrance

Terrible customer service, not bad downright terrible. If you like the staff at your “resort” to treat you like they are inconvenienced by your stay than this is the place for you. Do your self a favor and stay at any other place in town.
