Overall lovely property, but a few changes would be worthwhile for the price paid. Internet (wifi) is minimally functional due to poor signal (phone reception also limited in the property). Subsequently, TV also does not connect to streaming or other. HDMI cable available, but does not recognise laptop which limited our planned activities.
Bedding provided as instructed, all clean but one which was heavily stained in part. Otherwise, all amenities clean, and kitchen had adequate supplies.
Recycling space in outdoor bins is very limited, the bin was already essentially full when we arrived. For consecutive groups it would be useful to have this emptied in between.
Garage door button did not work, on contacting the host (a third party), they were only able to reiterate what is written in the check in instructions but not able to provide on site support. There is limited on street parking.
Liaising with host was ok, it is coordinated through a third party, and read carefully in the about information that payment is done externally, not through Expedia. There were delays in receiving the check in information for our arrival which required multiple calls from our end.
For the price paid, and number of guests which this property can host, the above improvements would be very beneficial and really optimise a lovely home to share experiences with a group.
