First time here. Room was ok. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was a dead roach in the drawer in the restroom The hot water ran out very quickly, after 1 shower, 3 out of 4 days The restroom sink had a clog in ptrap Seems like regular maintenance is lacking. The general upkeep of the outdoor areas also is lacking. Lots of slip hazards and potential liability issues ie the parking lot condition. My biggest gripe was that the parking fee for guests is ridiculous. Why would they charge a paying hotel guest for parking when the money obviously doesn't go to maintenance
