Tied of having to have the hotel ask for my id to fill out all the info I already entered when I made the reservation. Got my key and it didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs and get a new key and room.

I suggest they need to change their policy for drinking water. We are older people and in the hotel many patients are staying. In the evening we need to take medication. They would not deliver bottle of water. We end up going down and purchase the water. Thank you.
