The room was clean. Due to Storm Fern, my original flight was cancelled so I had to rebook. My new flight required my leaving at 5 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. At 5 a.m. there were NO LUGGAGE CARTS in the lobby. I had to carry my four bags from the room to the Shuttle. It would seem that the staff would do a better job of keeping track of the carts. They did not offer to help my carry my luggage.

The room was clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful. The bed was bad - lumpy, could feel the spring and sagged in the middle. That is my only complaint about the hotel.
