Room was terrible. Tub dirty and missing paint. Large brown stain on Rug that no one bothered to clean up. Customer service couldn’t change my room for the night but did give me hefty discount for inconvenience. Nice size pool. Friendly staff. Just need better housekeeping

The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is really convenient for travelers. The room and bed were very comfortable. We stay here every time we make a trip to Pennsylvania.

Good hotel

My stay is always good at this property. I was however, disappointed in my room 321 with no microwave and a view of the roof top. Normally, I stay on the 7 floor. They were doing renovations on the sixths and seventh floor. Charlie at the Front Desk and server Pam were great.
