Check in was excellent with friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel several times a year this was the first time we are disappointed from lack of maintenance no ice machines . Except one in the lobby. Fans in the bathrooms that sound like a plane taking off. Using direct TV with limited channels missing major networks. Lack of staff in the restaurant waiting 40 minutes to get a drink because of only one person working taking orders busing tables taking orders serving the food and in between making drinks. Apologize for the poor service because he is the only person there Very disappointed a nice place going down hill

Stayed here many times throughout the years. Always clean, beautiful updated hotel, larger than usual rooms, VERY CLEAN!! Breakfast buffet is always excellent. Kids love the pool. Lots of shopping nearby.

We loved that out back there was a seating area with a fire pit. There wasn't anything there that we did not like. We will definitely come back to stay again.

those heavy top covers make us turn the AC down very low costing you more to cool the room. What hapended to just blankets? Also you have complementary coffee but not hot tea ! nice evening meal in bar.
