Great location and good value I didn’t get the name of the woman at the front desk when we arrived but she was wonderful. It was too early to check in but we were going to a game at Diablo stadium and she followed us outside and gave us tips to get there

We booked our room for two nights, we had a hard time to sleep thru the nights due of very very poor sound insulation on all walls and can HEAR peoples conversations and also the thermostat of our room were not accurate by ONE degree. Nothing works well controlled temperature in our room. NEVER book this hotel! Period!!!

Booked three rooms for family and had a pleasant stay. After leaving next day realized earbuds were left in room and staff was kind and found them. However, was told it was required that the prepaid postage had to be purchased and emailed to the hotel. After spending $600 for three rooms this seems a bit much. Businesses spend huge amounts to find and retain customers and balk at a few bucks for postage. Loyalty goes both ways except for these folks!!!

Room not what we paid for, otherwise great place

Everything was fine other than the fact we booked and paid for a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper. The room didn’t have the latter and the bed may have been a queen, forcing us to either sleep in the bed together or with one person on the floor. Had we been ok with a single bed we’d have booked a room at another hotel at a lower rate. Room 174

Two days in phoenix.

Only a two day trip. Woman at check in was very friendly and able to check me in an hour early. Paid for parking but it was plentiful and cheap. Didn’t have breakfast. Did stay in an ajoining room. Not on purpose. The people in the next room were very loud and you could hear everything they said. Out of that it was quiet. Area seemed fine.
