We enjoyed our rooms. We loved the extra towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Linens were clean. Nice view of the AZU campus

When we arrived the first room wasn’t in very good condition they did switch us rooms after being all our stuff down but second room was a little better. Staff were really nice at the front desk. The kitchen staff who does breakfast her name is Erica she was very rude and upset we were getting food lol it was weird but the front desk staff was amazing

Airbnb was cancelled 10 days before our trip. I’m surprised I’ve found this exceptional place: location, breakfast, restaurants, ASU football, grocery store, etc. We didn’t have to rent a car as everything was so close. I recommend!

First time staying at Hyatt House and we'll definitely be coming back! Room was clean, amenities were great and hotel was close/walkable to everything! One minor issue, front desk check-in staff didn't give us correct instructions for parking. Staff said that we didn't have in/out privileges as a guest. We got stuck in the garage and couldn't exit. We went back inside to lobby and another person helped us. He gave us a validation voucher, said the machine was down and told us that we did have in/out privileges. p.s. The complimentary breakfast was more than a continental breakfast! There were hot, cold options and a full hot/cold beverage options. We loved Hyatt House and can't wait to come back for family weekend next year!
