Room number 1 was right in the front across entrance and gym area, the romm had a horrific buzzing noise inside caused by a motor or A/C - I asked front desk person to switch me and he claimed there were no rooms available even though Expedia website had plenty. I was unable to rest , he finally was convinced about my concern regarding the terrible noise and switched me to another room, that room was dirty w mold on the bathrooms and cigarette butts on the nightstands - I had to stay there and put up w the disgusting smoke smell and wait till next day to check out! I informed the frt desk and they didn’t even offer a discount or nothing- I am very disappointed……

Clean but rust fixtures, some stains and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. I can get past most of that even at $180/night, but being told that for me to extend one night, after my initial 3, that it would be $535 for one night because it’s a 3 night minimum… yeah, after already having 3 nights.. won’t go back or recommend to anyone.

Needs improvement.
Mold in bathroom shower. Very outdated place. Housekeeping vacuuming and talking very loud in hallway at 9am. We were the only ones in the restaurant and all the tables were all dirty. Will go somewhere else next time.

Great place. Just a few items to correct
The hotel has fun retro decor, hvac worked great, bed was comfortable, service in the food hall was excellent. Issue noted: not enough towels in the room for 2 people. Asked at front desk for more. They had none on hand but would have housekeeping deliver. Waited an hour. No towels. Showered and dried with hand towel. Towels arrived as we were leaving. No body wash in shower, a touch of organic growth non shower at bi-pass door caulking. Better care should be taken to ensure bathroom is well stocked and clean for next guests. Count on multiple guests by putting more than 2 towels in a room, particularly if your policy is not to refresh daily.
