The rooms smelled like marijuana. The management was able to move us to another room. The pull out mattresses are out dated. They need to watch what they put in the showers. Lotion should go on the counters. Only had shampoo and showe gel in the shower. Had to ask for conditioner.

You dont check in to the hotel you have to go next door to other Hilton to check in. The pool was chained and had to walk through other hotel to get in and out. Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the floors were never vacuumed before or during our stay. We had sunflower seed shells on the floor and the hallway floors had food and other things on them from the momwnt we got there till the time we left. Bed had stains on comforter and went to plug in items next to bedside table and went to slide table over and the top came off. Breakfast was decent but the main proteins were kept in a small case that you could barely get in to and then would have long wait if busy because it was one at a time. If they would separate it out more would be better and easier to get to. Water in lobby was not refilled during the day after the first day we were there. Staff that checked us in acted annoyed and irritated that they had to help us upon arrival since we were at "the other hotel". Very disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and lack or care for our stay in this hotel.

We stay at this hotel chain in other states and never have had issues . Our room was not as clean as expected food in kitchen sink from previous use it smelled and caused the sink to overflow the dishwasher which was not being used causing flood. Issue fixed yet towels used to prevent further flooding were not removed as asked to staff bathroom sink faucet loose , toilet seat loose . General looked like someone didn’t throughly clean half the room

Terrible beginning, but a great overall.

Our reservation was for a king studio handicapped room at the Home 2 Suites. When we got there, we were put in a hearing impared room so the bathroom was definitely not set up for someone in a wheelchair! After a discussion with the manager, we were told they had overbooked and our room was one given away. The manager compensated us with a handicapped room in their partner Garden Inn along with complimentary breakfast each morning. Our room at the Garden Inn was wonderful! It was very clean, very roomy and very comfortable. I think we got a better room than what I booked! When I needed an extra blanket and coffee pods, they were very prompted getting it to us. The front desk people were friendly every time we went down in their area. Overall, it was a great experience! We would stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again.

I was very satisfied with this stay. Breakfast was good each day, friendly staff. In the 4 days I never did see housekeeping come to my room. I couple minor annoyances - only had decaf coffee in my room. The shampoo bottle did not open at all and was unusable, surely housekeeping personnel knew this. Otherwise no major complaints.

Disliked: Room comfort
This hotel was attached to a Garden Inn and you had to walk all the way to the Garden Inn side if you wanted the front desk which is an inconvenience. If you entered the Homes2 Suites side you had to scan your card everytime. The smoking area was tiny and you only had a bench for 2 people. The exterior and elevator always smelled like Marijuana and was discussing. We always had to find house keeping if we needed kleenex, or toilet paper. Also we didnt find out until we checked in the pool wasnt heated. That was the main reason we picked this hotel was because of the size of the pool but no where does it say in the description of the hotel if the pool is heated or not. We have always loved staying at the Homes2 Suites hotel.

Good price but poor housekeeping.

Great price. Housekeeping was poor. We stayed for 11 nights and never actually had all required items in the room at any time. Room was only cleaned a few times and we frequently had to ask for toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap etc. Sometimes it would show up and sometimes not. The first dew days we approached the front desk several times who did what they could. Howeve we realised that the hotel was clearly working down to a price (which was great) and not up to the standard the brand name would suggest.
