Amazing stay! The staff was wonderful from start to finish—Kyle at the front desk, Alex at the pool, and the bartenders at ZuZu all made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel offers something for everyone with a lively DJ pool on weekends and a quieter pool for relaxing. Fantastic Stay at Hotel Valley Ho.

Amazing stay at the Valley Ho. Every worker was extremely welcoming and fun to talk to. We came in with frowns (our luggage was lost by the airline) but the staff got us checked in quickly, and after visiting the bar and pool we were in high spirits again. Big shout-out to Alex who was absolutely perfect as a poolside server! The overall vibe in the hotel is great. Plenty of stuff nearby to go checkout such as galleries, restaurants, and the like. Would stay again!

Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on, in a long while. The stad was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean in the hotel room, restrooms, and public areas. Great are to stay around. Would for sure stay here again.

We felt that drinking water should be provided in the room. This is Phoenix in the summer and it’s hot and your guests will need drinking water. We were grateful for the little glasses provided in the bathroom to use at the tap. The beds were super comfortable and the room was lovely.

Amazing Place for a Special Weekend !!!!

We loved the cool mid century modern style of this hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful,,, it was our anniversary and they upgraded the room to a suite. Best room I have ever been in in every way. Cool, comfy furniture, views, big patio, full beautiful kitchen. Could go on and on. The main pool was a little smaller than it looked in pics but was still very nice and had fun music with great food and drink service. We ate at Zuzu,,, had the salmon entree and Mac cheese,,,, both were excellent as were the drinks. Would love to stay again,,,,, really well run hotel with high level of service!

First time at this resort and it was wonderful!! Amazing staff (shout out to Alex at the pool), everyone was so kind and accommodating. Delicious food, beautiful rooms and grounds, great pool and great gym! The location in town is perfect, right in Old Town and so much is in walking distance (maybe just not in super hot July)! I will certainly be back!!
