Housekeeping needs to be improved/managed better

Third week here. The recurrent problem is with the maid service. The maids we encountered do not speak English well, if at all, so they do not understand what you are saying. For instance, they did not understand come in and make the beds, so they left. They do not understand come back in an hour. Their cleaning and replenishment of bathroom toiletries - towels, toilet paper, shampoo, is inconsistent and lacking. We have called the front desk to report and we usually have a maid show up after calling, but not always. And again, they usually do not completely replenish the bathroom supplies. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice! Service and cleanliness on the entire first floor (check-in, restaurant, bar) has been excellent.

This resort is well located, great staff with everything you need. Two amazing swimming pools, good fitness center and the rooms had everything we need. I would recommend anyone to stay here and maybe next time we'll try the restaurant. The self-serve market was definitely a great touch

No maid service, broken ice machines, light bulbs burned out in room. The front desk was pleasant and apologetic. Property looks a little tired. Needs landscaping and improvement/cleaning of grounds area.

✨ Excellent Resort Experience! ✨ From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, relaxing atmosphere, and breathtaking views everywhere you look. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and designed with comfort in mind. I especially loved the little touches that made the stay feel luxurious and personal. The dining options were incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious meals that truly exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great from checking in to the amenities on the resort. Bigger than I expected so definitely a plus. Very calm and peaceful place for a weekend getaway, we celebrated our anniversary with a 3 day stay and my wife loved every bit of it.

Parking was a bit tight, we returned to our room after a concert, and had to park fairly far away from our room. Could def use more parking. Otherwise, phenomenal stay, room was great, quiet, property was very nice. Will def be back.
