The hotel is nice but for one, we did not get our welcome drink, supposedly if you’re a member of All Accor you can check out an hour late and that wasn’t available Also some of the doors into the rooms look very worn out and very dated, for as much as they charge, I’ve seen better doors at budget motels The property is still very nice and the outdoor bar is really great

Clean comfortable room with turn down service. I’ve been here before and am a return guest. Staff is excellent and the restaurants are all top notch.

6 night stay. Smelled totally foul the entire stay. Like a broken sewer pipe. The bar stinks. The food was brutal. The hallways and rooms are beat up. The “fairmont” waters in the room smell like it was filled from a swamp. I have no idea how this place passes for a Fairmont. The olden days of high standards are gone. The Chinese own this place now and are there to juice every dime possible from this run down place. Beware.
