The window would not close all the way and lock. The heater did not work, room never got above 69 degrees. Overall the room was nice. Elevator was small and took forever.

A beautiful renovation of this historic hotel! Our guest room, gorgeous and so comfortable. Bathroom amenities fantastic. The guest service experience is also wonderful. We love the location...walkable to so much. This will be our place to stay on future trips.
