I liked all it had to offer except for the room A/C/heater… it was so noisy on and we had a hard time having it on at night. Also wall seem very thin, we heard the TV noise from next door at night. But overall it was clean and staff on site were all very kind and friendly. Also loved the heated pool, my kids enjoyed it so much that wanted to stay longer than planned.

Though the room is a little small, it's all renovated with wooden floors. It could just be my room but the layout is odd — the bathroom (toilet)/ shower is directly lined to the front door. The hot breakfast food is good, but the table area is fairly small so people stand while eating breakfast. Also, the eating area is closed all day except for breakfast hours. Vicinity is really convenient. I'd stay at this location again.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing! We asked them twice to turn on the firepit so we could do smores and they were so happy to do it. Such a quiet hotel. I took my puppy and he loved the grass area that they had. The balcony looks out to the grass area and there is a table and chair so you can relax and look outside only downside that you need to make sure the people across have their curtain closed or you see into their room while sitting down. The breakfast was really good, the had premade omlettes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, yogurt parfait (get there early to get fresh berries they run out quick!) cereal, protein (sausage and bacon). We were trying to choose between this hotel and the other but this one looked nicer but in pictures the breakfast didn’t look great but it exceeded our expectations. They don’t have a gym since its under renovation but they give you access to a gym across the street. There is a mall across the street and a target. Taco stand pops up at night across the street! Free EV charging! Its located on State street which is the main street and takes you straight down to the beach. The mission is a couple minutes away! Really amazing hotel!
Favorite part of the stay was roasting marshmallows at night and relaxing outside all together

The Inn is very clean-the room and outside areas. There are few amenities but we enjoyed the larger than usual fridge in our room and the fact that our room and surrounding rooms had either a little patio or balcony area with chairs and a table to sit outside and enjoy the patio area Staff-especially Sofia-were very friendly and helpful There is shopping area across the street that includes some restaurants but we really enjoyed Bristol Farms for groceries, meds...and they had a great selection of meals cooked on the spot

The room was spotless, loved the hardwood floors. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly. The entire hotel, landscaping, etc is is manicured and maintained. I give the Pepper Tree Inn a 10 and will stay there again. Also, we asked for a downstairs room because I had my dog with me. They were wonderful and we had a little patio right outside our sliding glass door.
