When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a smile by Jeanette the front desk clerk. She quickly got us registered for our room and eventually we were able to meet and speak with the manager Sean, because they were very pleasant in the beginning it's set the tone for the stay at the hotel

Very poor customer service during my stay. The staff lacked basic courtesy and seemed unwilling to help with even simple questions. Communication was slow and often dismissive. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel until their service and attitude toward guests improve significantly.
