It’s very good. It’s my go to place when I’m in Santa Barbara. I stay here many times. It has a nice swimming pool Jacuzzi, which would be great during the summer.

Great find for SB on upper State Street

Stayed at this hotel many times. Excellent location, clean, breakfast provided. The only negative this time around was intermitted/slow internet connection. Not sure why, it was impossible to have a good signal which made it inconvenient. Last year we stayed here and the connect was perfectly fine. Thanks

The entrance from State Street is tricky as it is narrow, and the sidewalk can be busy. The bumps to slow down the cars on the way to the entrance and in the parking lot are too high and rattle the cars.

WIFI DIDN'T WORK

When we entered our room we were so impressed. It was clean, spacious and economical. But we were quickly disenchanted when we learned there was no wifi. We called the desk and the guy said he'd check the router. We never heard back from him and the wifi never came on. We had lots of travel research and planning to do, so it was incredibly inconvenient.
