Extremely disappointed with this experience. Will not be staying here ever again. Overpriced for what you get. Our room felt stuffy and dirty like it had been years since anyone steam cleaned the carpets or window treatments. It smelled musty and gave my daughter severe allergies, on top of that it was noisy and somebody construction was going on in the middle of the night and no one slept well. Run away fast don’t waste time! I would ask for a refund but I doubt we would get it. It was awful.

The hotel was nice enough. The only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable. My back didn’t tolerate it very well and my husband and I both were being slid into the middle of the bed. Other than that it was fine and I would probably stay there again. The staff was very nice.

A nice place overall, with a 'but.' Actually more an efficiency apartment than a hotel room, with a full, usable dinette and kitchen. The 'but' is that the AC didn't put out any cold air. The outside temperature was cool, and the room had good-sized windows that opened, and there was a ceiling fan, so we didn't suffer. The area was lovely -- almost any place in Santa Barbara is, and this was residential. Even with open windows, it was pretty quiet.

Lovely place

Lovely place but the bar stayed open quite late so may not be a first choice for children. Although having the pool there was great for kids. Would definitely stay again though.

When there was an issues with the plumbing, the staff swapped us to a different room. The property has a pool and a restaurant attached. It’s in walking distance to the hospital

Older hotel but clean

It’s an older hotel…our room opened to the outside😏 it was clean with comfortable beds. It does have one washer/dryer guest laundry, which I used. Nice front desk, but we could never get temperature control in room to work correctly. I woke at 1:30 with a stifling room. We had turned to cool , but somehow the unit put out heat. The room was small but functional.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. The room is challenged with lumpy bedding, old 1960’s louvered windows that allow cold air to infiltrate the living space (we stayed during a recent cold spell), our room was above a working garage for hotel maintenance. It’s an ok motel/hotel, for 2 nights, with tax, up over $400.00, given property challenges, not sure it’s of good enough value in all honesty. But, it’s Santa Barbara. I’d say spending $350 per night gets you next level of quality in Santa Barbara.
