Our stay was amazing, it exceeded our expectation! The continental breakfast was great and the staff cleaning around the clock did an amazing job making sure everything is nice, clean, and presentable.

This was a great stay. The staff was exceptional. I found them to be attentive, kind and professional. I had trouble with my card not swiping and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and were patient while we sorted it out. Great front desk staff! All three men I spoke to up there were lovely. The breakfast was so awesome! Above and beyond. Complimentary cappuccino machine with espresso shots that were actually tasty, eggs, sausage, hash browns, fresh strawberries, waffles and much more. Shoutout to the housekeeper/ breakfast server. Wish I had her name. She was so sweet and a hard worker. The room was spotless. We had a little balcony in our room which surprised me. This little inn has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Great proximity to all SB has to offer, heated pool and a hot tub.

Great location, 5 minutes wall from State Street, close to Funk Zone and Pier. Very clean, remodeled rooms and lobby. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It was small, basic, but clean. There’s a fridge, no microwave. Bathroom was also small & a little cramped, but again clean. I think the staff and service was the reason for the higher rating. They were all friendly and quick with their response time, especially the ladies serving breakfast. Location of this place is another reason for the higher rating. Very walkable to the beach area! Might need to drive if heading into downtown. Overall, for the price we paid, it would be worth staying again for a quick weekend trip to SB.

This is becoming a favorite place for us to stay. It's very clean and conveniently located close to the harbor. The breakfast is good and even has a self-serve machine that makes lattes and hot chocolate.

Stay was exactly as expected. Perfect location. The room itself was clean, comfy, and quiet. Felt weird that the shower didnt have a door. Easy for water to get out and i assume would create water damage/mold. The heater/AC unit was hard to control, but not a deal breaker. The breakfast and cookies were a great addition. The pool and hot tub were nice, but definitely needed to be cleaned. Overall, would stay again.
