Host was awesome!! I definitely would recommend this place and now is my go to place for future stay. Everything was provided for us, snacks, drinks, coffee. Area was okay but that didn’t matter because the home was prefect for our stay.

Great place for family of seven. Thanks for snacks, diet sodas would’ve been nice. Strange smell in master bathroom (probably from drains). Black stinky guck coming up out of middle shower drain. Ran hot water for a while to wash it down.

Vivian’s home was perfect for our family Disneyland trip! She responded to questions in a timely manner which was appreciated. The house itself is older with a face lift and suited our needs. The house and Lenin’s were clean and there were drinks and snacks available for us, which was a nice touch!

Nice and quiet vacation place with easy access to beaches

We are very happy with prompt communication , house is very good for 10 as described in the lido. There are plenty of additional bedsheets and bedding available. All of bathrooms had a plenty of supplies. We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good vacation without any tension.

Great Property!

This is a great property. Our extended family stayed for one week. The location was ideal for us to explore Los Angeles, Anaheim and San Diego. The property itself is updated, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor seating area is a bonus and we enjoyed using it. It was a real treat to find full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all 3 bathrooms along with a stocked fridge of pop and water. All of it was complimentary with our stay. Our host, Vivian, was communicative and responsive before, during and after our stay. Her requests and instructions were clear and reasonable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here when in the Los Angeles area.
