Access to freeway to Newport and Huntington Beaches was good. Staff were not friendly. We had to call to front desk a number of times with noise complaints. Quiet hours were not enforced.

This was one of the best budget-friendly stays I've ever had! The room was clean, comfortable, and well lit and had a full length mirror (hard to find in hotels, for some reason!) Staff was efficient and knowledgeable, there's complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking. Will definitely use Best Western Plus again in the future!

Not great.
Rooms are clean but very small and outdated. AC had an unpleasant smell intermittently. Rooms lack good air exchange and are moist unless AC is on below 68 degrees. Do not feel it is worth what I paid for 4 nights. More like a $125 room per night.
