The stay was great. The Staff was great, the lagoon beach west of the hotel was awesome and safe. Condado beach was red flagged as unsafe and one life was lost during our week there. The persons went in the water at dusk. Red flags and signs said not to go in the water. This hotels lagoon beach was a god send, safe and the pools ect as well. perfect stay.
