The hotel is beautiful and the people are great especially Ismael was pleasant and welcoming upon entrance everyday. The elevator is an issue with the card system as you have to wait a while to register your floor. The hotel was so clean inviting and the pools amazing along with the music, The cleaning service needs to work on cleaning the room better. At times there was a need to towels, you can tell they did not clean the rooms properly especially the bathroom and supplies were very limited for toileting. However the rest of the hotel is super clean, convenient and beautiful. The breakfast across from the hotel pricy for a buffet style with limited options. The views of Puerto Rico is breathtaking from the hotel and the lagoon or beach area is amazing. The water is so clean, calm and not too deep. There’s direct access from the hotel to it. It is small but it is amazing. Overall we had an amazing time and the outdoors is beautiful to enjoy such as the pool and beach. I also loved that the pool is opened until 10 pm and the close distance to every location we went especially San Juan. I would stay here again with no reservations of the minor areas I pointed out.

By far an incredible experience. We were there for the Bad bunny concert and everything was literally less than 10 min away. Mall, shopping, La Placita , Tmoble and old San Juan, will defend come back and stay here

We loved the Condado Plaza. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It had a private beach and so many other things. Close to San Juan. This was a beautiful trip

Beautiful property overall however the rooms were not cleaned well hairs were all over the floors after being cleaned /hand towels and soaps were not replenished daily/ safe malfunctioning daily and they never replaced it long waits to come fix it . When calling the lobby they never answer it message comes up as all circuits are busy no one available to answer for long periods where you physically had to come downstairs to address your need / you have to turn the shower on for 10 minutes or so before you get warm water/ elevator very slow and got stuck where we had to go up and down stairs 6 floors via stairs for at least 3 times during our stay/ and lastly the property dies not have restaurant where it serves breakfast,lunch and dinner. the only place you get food is by the pool and they close at 6 pm you have to cross the street to their sister hotel to eat . Service staff does not go above and beyond to please a client and for the amount they charge daily $ 350 these things should not happen.
