The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property was well kept and the coffee at the Moonbar Cafe is very good. The vibe in the pool area is fun and festive and the bay is great for some sun and relaxation. Cons-The cafe did not open on time the morning we left for El Yunque. The swim up bar bartender was not eager to be helpful. We found a different coffee spot to kick off our mornings and we also found less expensive drinks from a better bartender down the road and brought them in. Overall 4.5 and would stay again.

Wonderful location and pool area is great for families and children. You also have lots of access to dining options and overall, very walkable community. I was disappointed with the hotel only having access to two microwaves in a common area. I thought that was very strange. Also, the room we had, had both the kitchen built inside the bathroom area and sliding doors (no privacy) specially when you have kids- if you know what I mean. Aside from this, Yanira, our house keeper was wonderful. Cesar, the concierge was very friendly as well

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t happy with my view and they were very accommodating and upgraded my room to an ocean front for only $80. The hotel elevators did take a very long time due to one of them being out of order. The elevator door closed very fast and nearly took my arm off! Other than that I had no issues.

I enjoyed my stay a couple things that I didn’t like is in the main lobby only 1 elevator worked and the second thing the bed was very moist feeling so I felt wet but the other than that our overall stay was pretty nice and relaxing the views of the ocean’s was so beautiful and breathtaking!!!

I will be honest, i thought this place was going to be so much more than it was. I recently stayed here April 21st through today the 27th. This was a spring break trip for my girls. We arrived late monday into Tuesday. When checking in I was blindsided by a extra nightly charge of $80 which i knew nothing about. I didnt see it when booking. For the price of the rooms i would expect both elevators to work. But as I'm reading more reviews i see that's a common thing. Only having one elevator in the main lobby wss terrible. They're not big elevators either so it was alwasy a wait. I wasn't walking down 10 flights of steps. Laundry facility was broken. Couldn't get quarters. Unless you go to the front desk and they kind of made it an issue. No real breakfast served here. You can tell the place needs updating both interior and exterior. The pool was my kids favorite. There was a waterslide, swim up bar and grill..downside the restaurant /bar and waterslide closes early for some reason. By 6 pm daily all that is shut down. I was confused like why would yall close at a time where more and more people are coming to chill by the pool. Didnt make sure. So alot of times we had to doordash food. There is access to a small beach but it wasn't our favorite. There are better options like Luquillo, isla verde, even escambron which is a short walk away from the condado. Some of the staff was nice while others weren't so nice. Overall this place needs major updating. The price should be lower.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay but it was just ok. Ok due to the elevators constantly malfunctioning or not working. Also, we had to change rooms on night 3 of 8 due to huge cockroaches in our room. They gave us a new room and free breakfast but the trauma of those huge roaches had us checking our room constantly. The breakfast was decent but at $25/person I would have liked more options. Staff was very nice.
