Dirtiest hotel ever! Out dates, dingy & disgusting. The pool was so gross, all the “lounge” chairs were in terrible shape, some broken. The hallways to the room was so sketchy. Worst customer service at front desk/phone & hotels.com was impossible to get in touch with. We couldn’t even stay here for our second night.

Needs renovation. Only 1 elevator worked in the lobby. The beach view room ( which they charge more expensive ) is outdated. The chair inside the room had fungus. It’s the first vacation that I wanted to end. I left long before checkout time

The room was spacious and with a fantastic view. Melanie was attentive and helpful. However, the rest of the staff, including morning front desk staff, vale parking and housekeeping were rude and borderline hostile. We had locked the room with the security lock they provide, the housekeeper opened the door without knocking but was met with the security lock and was unable to enter. This took place at 10:30am when check out is 11. Emanuel from the vale staff refused to take my prepaid payment for parking, “stating you have to take that up with Expedia”- but parking wasn’t paid through Expedia. I proceeded to pay cash and he became upset asking me for a credit card, which I declined to use. Through this ordeal I remained cordial and professional hoping their attitudes would changed but it seemed to aggravate them more. In addition, the room was dirty, the TV was grainy and the AC wasn’t working to capacity- making the room humid at times. I won’t go back, it was an unsafe situation. Besides I’m a Hilton type of person, which is conveniently located across this hotel!!

Honest Hotel Review

I stayed at this hotel for one night before a cruise, and while there were positives, the experience didn’t meet my expectations—especially for nearly $400 a night. Check-In Experience: We arrived early, and while our room wasn’t ready, staff let us drop off our bags and explore. Shortly after, our room was ready, which we appreciated. Room Upgrade: We were upgraded to an ocean view balcony, a nice touch that enhanced the stay. Room and Cleanliness: The room fell short in cleanliness. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet seat, dingy grout in the shower, and sticky tile floors. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. Noise Levels: The walls were thin, and we heard noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Heavy doors slammed loudly, and we were placed near someone coming and going frequently, which disrupted our sleep. To make matters worse, housekeeping woke us at 12:40 a.m. asking if we’d requested towels—which we hadn’t. Amenities and Location: The pool area and onsite amenities were great. The location was convenient for the cruise port, with plenty to do nearby. Overall Value: If cleanliness, soundproofing, and guest comfort were improved, this would be a perfect place to stay. For now, the price doesn’t match the experience.

Loved my stay here. Beautiful views of the ocean from my room. Hotel was close to many different restaurants. Loved the pools and the beach which is located right next door. Staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Pool area and poolbar were great. The beach area was wonderful as well. Wish the poolbar was open slightly later. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

Needs renovating. Overpriced. Under serviced. $35 a day for towels and chairs overpriced and limited in availability. No breakfast or complimentary coffee on site. Beach is public and crowded. Will stay elsewhere next time.

I flew in from England. My room was not ready at check-in time and neither was it for several guests ahead of me. I was told by front desk that they could not give me any indication of when the room would be ready. When the customer before me asked for a manager he was told that there wasn’t one available. I wasted over an hour at the front desk. Finally spoke to a guest relations ‘manager’ who offered me a breakfast (as a diamond member I am already entitled to a free breakfast!) He also waived my resort fee but it appeared on my final bill. I messaged to ask for the resort fee to be removed and received a message saying that they would credit me only to be charged it again separately. I messaged again to deal with another incompetent member of staff called Kenneth who thought I was complementing their service! He didn’t even read the correspondence. When my room was finally ready I entered the room to find the cleaners cart in the room and a bunch of pennies in the cistern. Don’t stay at this poorly run Hilton hotel. The hotel beach is dirty and has public access so is crowded. A bunch of public came to use loungers even though they are supposed to be for hotel guests
