The facilities are nice but it is hard to find any food and drinks without leaving the hotel. The location is breathtaking! Hotel elevators are not all working.

Great and very helpful staff- beautiful property but a bit outdated- i wish there was sound proofing in the rooms to counteract street noise. I am extremely afraid of bugs and there was a huge dying roach in my bathroom but house keeping had not started their shift so i had to use the lobby bathroom in the morning.

One elevator was always broken. Stairwells a bit run down. Could not charge things to my room, so had to carry credit cards to pool. Power went out while I was in the elevator. Last morning there, the city didn’t have power. Room key stopped working the first day. Had to have it reset. Safe already closed when I got to the room, so couldn’t use it. Very pretty property, however. Love it proximity to the protected beach. Saw a lot of wildlife while snorkeling in there, manatee, sea turtles and sting ray ti name a few.

The property had its own beachfront but also a view of the rockfront, and was situated in a great position close to San Juan and Old San Juan. Our room was only made available to us an hour later than the contractual time, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Otherwise, perfect for a weeklong stay!

The biggest issue we had was only one working elevator for a 10 story building. the staff was very slow and not prompt in all services. The bathroom was not very clean and smelled damp on check in day. The beach chairs and umbrellas were shut down at 5 pm which hindered evening fun at the beach and the pool toys, slides etc were also put away/turned off which was a bummer. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family.

Incredible hotel, all of the employees were AMAZING the service was excellent. They exceeded my expectations. Shoutout to our favorite security guard chris for making our experience much better and making my friends and i feel super safe. We were very well taken care of and im grateful for all of the staffs help. The property is gorgeous im already looking to come back in a couple months. Thank you!!!!

The room was perfect. Definitely better than my expectations. For the price, well worth it. The views, pools and grounds are very nice. Staff was super wonderfully nice. The pool area could have used a few more lounge chairs.

The cleaning staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and willing to help you with anything! On the other hand i hope the absolutely ridiculous "hotel fees" go towards fixing the broken elevators! At one point we waited in a line to walk up the steps. Sadly i saw a member of the cleaning staff being yelled at about timely cleaning of a room. As they proudly step aside as hundreds of guests are forced to use the employee elevator. (SORRY THAT UPSET ME!!) Overall our room was a oceanfront king. It was clean, had modern layout with beautiful views. Bar and pool staff work extremely hard and organized to keep the food and drinks flowing!
