The only good thing about this hotel is the location for the price. I didn’t mind that it was old and outdated, but the level of uncleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was so dirty that we had to sleep in our clothes because the sheets were clearly not changed—there were stains on the pillows and even hair on the bed.
The room itself was extremely small, which I expected, but the dust and peeling paint made it feel even worse. The bathroom was disgusting. There was no screen on the window, just metal shutters, and to top it off, there was an opened bottle of liquid shower gel sitting on the windowsill with the cap off—proof that housekeeping never even checked or cleaned the shower. We didn’t feel comfortable showering in such a dirty space.
Adding to the nightmare, when we arrived late at night, there was no staff at the hotel. We had to call and wait for someone to come unlock the door and give us the keys. After suffering through one night, we refused to stay a second and had to book another hotel last-minute, which was a huge inconvenience.
To make things worse, the hotel has a strict no-refund policy when booked through Expedia. No matter how bad your experience is, they will not refund you.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs!
