This resort had a plethora of hidden fees with little to no options for activities/amenities (without paying extra money or the activities being cancelled). I feel like for a Hilton Resort, the price you’re paying is three times more than a regular hotel with hardly any value. For the resort to have so many restaurants, it’s crazy that you have to pay extra for a room with a microwave. There was water damage to a lot of the property and they changed our room without notice because of construction upon arrival. The resort claims handicap friendly, but would only give us a wheelchair to PURCHASE unless it was an emergency. I would not recommend this resort.

We loved our stay. The room was huge and clean. We ordered in room service since my mother has Parkinson and the food was excellent. The valet employees especially Bryan and Gabriel (I am missing another that I forgot his name) were excellent with my mother. The bell man checked the room with me before leaving making sure I did not leave anything behind. The service was excellent especially traveling with an elderly mother. I give them in service 5 stars.
