This property appears to be going through a renovation. Hot water was not available if water was available at all. Resort amenities were inoperable. Structural issues were concerning, including chipped and cracked paint above what you eat or shower. Easily maintenance items not done. Slip and trip hazards exist that could be easily fixed. Definitely does not represent the Hilton reputation.

The beach was beautiful and very relaxing. The room was dated and the hallway did have a mildew smell. The balcony view was beautiful and listening to the waves were soothing. The bar was very pricey and the food was pricey as well in the hotel. The cookie place was good and the staff was very kind. I did enjoy the wildlife such as the fish in the ocean. The hermit crabs walking on the beach. The iquanas were beautiful to watch as well.

The location is beautiful but it could be better maintained. The pool was dirty the day we wanted to swim. The beach had pieces of coconuts everywhere risking injury to your feet. We had to walk out to the street for UBER pick up. The room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Orlando was one of the best waiters.

The staff at the check in counter especially Leilany were so helpful and nice. The room was upgraded to a suite which was nice but did have some areas which needed updating (many floor tiles broken, closet door handles which were broken) just little things. They did send someone up to fix the tv which didn’t work. Outside at the beach there was quite a bit of trash in the sand and floating in the water. One of the employees came over on our 2nd day and said our 11 year old wasn’t allowed to snorkel in deep water and made him go to 3 foot area of the beach yet he wasn’t doing anything different than the day before and we were with him and watching him at all times. Overall we love this hotel and amenities and this is our 3rd visit.
