We stayed in the executive suite. The room was amazing and clean. It had 2 balconies, one overlooking the beach and one overlooking the pool area. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The beach is great and the pool area is really nice. All the staff spoke English and Spanish, so that was no problem. There are several stores and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

The restaurant is infested with birds that get into the restaurant and are eating and taking food from the inside areas like the bread and pastries , at the table birds took our food and the chairs have poop all over . Next day our table had fresh poop and staff cleaned it and later cleaned other table with same clothe .. this is unsafe
