I did not get to stay as after I booked because I was desperate as my flight got cancelled at 2 am on 3/18 and I was with my two little kids when I got to the counter they said I could not go in until Check in in the morning had to wait about 6 hours to go in the room had to go somewhere else paid 346 and now they don’t want to give me a refund even though they said I could Not go in the room When I booked it horrible experience

The hotel was right at the airport, room was smaller than most but very clean. The buffet Breakfast was very good and it was a short walk to the airport terminal.

Unfortunately , my experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the bathroom was far below expectations, with noticeable issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Most concerning was finding a cockroach in the bathroom, which was unacceptable and alarming. Construction noise really early and super close to guest rooms. While I understand that occasional oversights can happen, this level of neglect in maintaining hygiene standards is not what I expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve cleanliness and pest control for future guests.

Our flight into SJU was canceled and the hotel would not issue a refund because it was inside their cancellation window. I would have assumed that a property within an airport would be empathetic and lenient regarding these types of uncontrollable circumstances.

This is the place you stay at on the last night of your vacation when you stayed somewhere else on the island and need to catch a super early flight. It’s a bit no frills but fine overall. We would definitely do this again. It’s literally connected to the airport. I ended up turning the rental car in early and saving a few bucks too. It’s about a 3 min walk from rental car area and less than 2 minute walk to the terminal.

This hotel was perfect to spend the night before our cruise. We arrived very late and were able to just walk to the hotel in the terminal, then catch a cab the following morning to Old San Juan. Not, it is not fancy. But it is clean, safe and could not be any more convenient!

Room was small. The shade was down and broken - not able to be raised - although the only view was of machinery on the roof of the airport. A good choice only because our flight was a 6 am so it saved us from an early morning taxi ride and we were able to walk from the car rental return to the front desk.

I walked into the room to a flickering light behind the bed, making me feel like I was late to a rave I never wanted to attend. The light bulb needed changing. Shower water pressure was low, almost to the point of it being a mist. I called the front desk and was offered no options for a solution to either, other than to “turn off the light switch” and email the manager about water pressure issues as the current workers could not do anything. Disappointing.
