Limited staff. The moment i started walking through the hallway on the 8th floor to the room, the floors were dirty and noticed storage doors by elevator was off the hinges. The moment i walked into the room, we immediately noticed mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls and stains on the bed sheets. Paint on wall was peeling off also.

Due for minor updates. A couple of things need fixing in the unit. Clean, comfortable & on the beach for which I didn’t mind the pool been closed ! Love the area and local culture. Being there multiple times and I noticed ESJ deteriorating.

The phenomenal staff made our stay more enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful and curtious. The close proximity to the local bars and restaurants was key. Also, the private entrance to the beach was helpful.

The lady was really nice even though there was no extra covers in the room.We've got a matter of was an abandoned room and I have marks all over my body Related to the covers.I believe are the extra bed But the t v was not working and the washer and dryer was not working it was No dish soap
