The room was nice but no one ever brought the extra wash cloths I asked for. It was an inconvenience when doing laundry. First they didn’t have coins and we had to go to the casinos next door then they didn’t have any clothes detergent and we had to go out and cross a big street to the pharmacy to purchase.

Absolutely loved my stay! Excellent hotel with a fantastic location if going for business in the area. My room was spectacular — it had a great desk for working and the most comfortable bed ever. I honestly wanted to steal the pillows! 😄 The bathroom was spotless, everything was perfect, and the service throughout my stay was wonderful. Highly recommend the Hyatt Place Bayamón!

This hotel was located in a very convenient location. It was located close to a shopping mall where we walked to. It also has a restaurant next door where you can get some decent take out food. Hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The breakfast could have been better. Other than that, I would recommend here.
