The room was very clean and the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I felt that the continental breakfast lacked vegetarian options, for example, the potatoes contained bacon. In addition, there are some infrastructure issues, most notably, the elevator doesn't seem to function properly and makes some concerning noises and the street the hotel is located on floods every morning. Otherwise, the pool and other amenities were great. The room had a lovely view and there was not a lot of ambient noise. Also, the location is great- very close to shops, restaurants, and parks and in a safe area.

transferred to this hotel from a previous one which was a disaster - look up "Aquarius Vacation Club" in Puerto Rico. Don't stay there - you've been warned. This holiday inn express is incredible. great service, communication, amazing location.

Our room was OK. The shower was a handicap shower so we had to put many towels on the floor & aim the shower head towards the inside shower wall to keep the water from running all over the whole bathroom. The toilet had bent hand rails. We didn’t ask for a handicap room, but maybe that is all they had. (We booked last September) Two of the lamps didn’t work. The room smelled musty. The hot tub was murky brown. The staff was good. The hotel was extremely busy most of the time. There was construction going on all over the hotel area. It was loud!!!

Our first room had to be changed because of a leak in the shower. Once notified, the representative at the desk was extremely professional and quickly moved us into another room. Breakfast was fabulous with a daily variety of different options. We loved that! The only downside to our stay was the wifi which only worked in the lobby and surrounding areas. :(

It was a good experience. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the dehumidifier wasn’t working properly it will stopped working after 1 hour. (The tank was about 1/3 full, so not a water issue). And it made the room a little too moisturized.
