This property is amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great, nice pool and lounge area, and the drinks from the bar were really good!

We enjoyed our stay, although there appeared to be issues with understaffing. Our room was not ready for check-in at 6pm due to still needing cleaning, and when we were able to access our room there were some dark areas on the floor that indicated it had probably not been mopped in some time. The lady who checked us in was also working on her day off, and one night we left the in-house restaurant after being seated for 30 minutes without anyone coming by to take our order. Otherwise the amenities were good, the view was lovely, and the staff were so kind. I'd just recommend that management maybe look into hiring more staff if possible.

I loved this place! My daughter and I went to Puerto Rico for the first time for her spring break! We fell in love! The Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and outdoor amenities were fantastic and the beach, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. If you are staying in San Juan, go snorkel at Escambron! Go to Old San Juan and go to Condado beach to ride the waves! San Juan is such a vibe! The people are beautiful!

Great location! The staff is great. Super helpful and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is because even though the rooms were nice, the cleaning staff could do better. We would make sure to pack everything away before leaving so they could clean up good but it always looked like the only things that were done were the bed, take trash out, and maybe the floors. Bathroom sink, the mirrors, and toilet/shower were not cleaned EVER. Other than that, we had a great time. Location was great. I asked for more blankets and also an adapter for my phone and front desk delivered it quickly. So thank you for that!

Being able to go tthe Condado Plaza (attached by walkway) and use their beautiful big pool with swim u bar and beach was awesome. I feel the rooms and balconies were better at the Garden inn. Best of both worlds! We ubered to OSJ 4 out of 5 days $4 there and $6-7 back home.

Solo black female traveler! and i truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, exceptional service!! and everyone was so welcoming! I felt safe coming in by myself at night time and i didn’t rent a car! it was in a walkable area and the scooters were my best friend! highly recommend!!
