Had a great stay, bed was very comfortable, views from the in room balcony was awesome. Staff are bilingual and we’re really a joy, super friendly, very accommodating, and kind. Don’t miss the pizza at the restaurant, strange thing I know in Puerto Rico to recommend, but it was freaking delicious! Perfect for late night eats when you want to chill by the pool. My only complaint they shut the pool down at 11pm. For a resort it should have been open a little later. At least midnight. Also the shower curtain was in dire need of replacement. Other than that solid!

We first arrived to find a cockroach in our room. We were moved accordingly. Neither room had the "corner view" that was in the photos. Cleanliness around the hotel outside wasnt the best. Overall experience was not what i expected out of a honeymoon trip. Very disappointed.

I loved the Hilton Garden Inn. From checking in to any questions we had, everyone was so helpful. Our room was clean and we had the bay view which was nice. Beds were comfy and room service was there daily and so polite. Loved it! Will stay here again

Customer service was top notch. Spa on premises….very nice The food and drinks were delicious. Best expresso martini I’ve ever had. Excellent hotel service.
