We would definitely stay here again.

The housekeeping was excellent. We had a lagoon view and it was better than I expected. Because the ocean Waters are so rough, a lot of activity happens in the lagoon, even in the evening, and itā€™s fun to watch from the balcony of your room or from the deck of the swimming pool and restaurant or down below in the large outdoor lawn area that is filled with couches, loungers recliners and cabana type area. The location was quite good. The beach Is less that half a block away and very conveniently located. Old San Juan is very close and walkable, but we took an Uber, which was about six dollars. The night kayak adventure is about three doors down from the hotel, again conveniently located. It is a short walk to more hotels, oceanfront, dining, and large and small eateries. The pool area was fantastic and right next to the bar and restaurant. The restaurant employees would make their rounds, taking orders and delivering drinks. The pool area has in water chase lounges, and other Chase lounges with umbrellas around the pool. They also have outdoor sectional couches that are next to the pool but under a roof if you need to get out of the sun. Theprice was reasonable and we would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool area was great. Balcony had the most awesome view. We loved staying here after our cruise. Our only dislike was itā€™s out on the peninsula and the shops and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk into town. Itā€™s a lovely area, but a little isolated. The hotel restaurant had great food so that was a plus. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Puerto Rico again.

big shout out to Juan Nieves for all of his help! Restaurant had a very limited menu and the menu for lunch and dinner were exactly the same. We struggled to find other dining options that were acceptable. housekeeping was great! Breakfast was good but at no time during the week was french toast offered as an option

Itā€™s a beautiful property. Rooms were clean. We were upgraded to a suite so we had more space. It was loud however with street noise all night. Especially if your room is facing the street. We spent a lot of time at the sister hotel in the pool and hot tub. Drinks were excellent at the pool bar. However not a lot of dining options. You have to walk at least 10 min or so for decent restaurants in Condado beach area. Or you would have to Uber to old San Juan. Just and FYI. Also they charge a 35 dollar resort fee for everyday you stay there. I was not aware of this charge.

My stay was good, but every time I called the front desk or housekeeping, no one answered the phone. I also told them that the coffee maker was not working properly; the housekeeper said she would ask them to change it, but no one ever did, so I had to get coffee out in town. Other than that the hotel is great.

Good experience

The hotel didn't have the room we reserved so we were upgraded to a nice suite with views of both the ocean and the bay. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. We had not complaints at all about the hotel, except that it was located on the busy street. This was usually no problem, but on the weekend nights the roar of the motorbikes and cars racing into the wee hours of the morning was a little disturbing.
