The location was great for restaurants and the beach but the highway noise was loud. We got earplugs and slept much better the second night.

The host was very responsive and they tried to fix things but were unsuccessful. A few issues with the apartment and amenities. Took two days to get the hot water fixed. Showers were uncomfortably cold. The jacuzzi needs work. Couldn’t get it to heat, brownish yellow water came out of the sputtering jets, and we were afraid to enter the Jacuzzi water. It didn’t smell much like chlorine at all, was more like filled with rainwater. The apartment was very nice and clean. The description did state it was right next to the highway and could be loud. I do think that’s a bit understated, it was hard to sleep due to the highway noise.
