Don’t let the exterior fool you—this cozy, spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, perfect for large families or groups. The living room sofa converts to a twin-size sleeping space for extra flexibility. Enjoy a quiet, private setting ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, beach trips, or visiting loved ones. 1. Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $100 penalty charge.
5. Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
7. Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
8. The garage is not open to our guests, please do not try to open the garage door.
