Not worth it!!!!

Because I had to give one star, the positive is; the hotel is walking distance to the beach. We arrived about 1hr before check in & were told we couldn’t check in (if that’s the rule, ok) … the issue is, we had to store our luggage in an unsecured closet with no labeling system. Then when we returned in an hour, the check in process took 45mins! My card was charged twice for the deposit. She “reversed” one of the charges but it still didn’t return to my card until after my trip was over. In the room, the TV didn’t work, they had to come fix it. Then the AC didn’t work, don’t turn it off because it will be hard to get it back on. They came and fixed that. Then the toilet stopped flushing. It wasn’t clogged, the handle didn’t work. They came to fix that twice before finally offering us a new room. Had to pack everything up to change rooms which was a huge inconvenience. The elevator was also broken during a portion of our stay. The phrase, “you get what you pay for” doesn’t apply here. I paid for a “no frills” hotel to accommodate family but I thought everything would at least be operable! The pool is also very loud. They keep it open pretty late and youth sports teams stay out there all night. Never again! I would like to note that the stay seemed to do all they could. These problems are a reflection of management and ownership. They do not appear to care about the property or its upkeep.

Don’t stay here!!!

Worst place I have ever stayed EVER!! I would have rather slept in the car! There were lots of unsupervised kids running around slamming doors, playing on pool, couples fighting people smoking outside the door. The room was dirty, chunks of old dried food under bed, one bed missing a sheet but had a cigarette burned mattress cover. Loud music all night. We eventually gave up and left, hung out at the airport. Avoid this place at all costs.

The area is closed to airport, very noisy at night. The hotel need soon a remodel. The room have a smell, the bed very old fashion. The room need a serious remodel and the hotel too. I won't recommend this hotel at all. The price to high for the quality.

Pool was nice. Blankets were thin, when asked for extra blankets, we got extras but they seemed used. TV wasn't working, AC remote had one battery. Etc. Staff was nice and very kind but the property wasn't very well.

The hotel location is convenient, the staff was kind, and the A/C was working great. However the photos and price do not match at all the quality of the facilities and room. The furniture in the room is in poor state (scratched, stained, rusty), the shower incredibly small, the noise from the street and the airplanes taking off can be heard laud and clear.
