You can access the surroundings of the apartment and your balcony. There's a secondary terrace only for guests using on apt 1.

Other things to note

Two private spaces - Apartments 1 & 2- share the second floor.
We require a mid-stay clean if you stay for more than 14 days.
The cleaning charge will be separate from the initial cleaning fee, and we will send the request through inbox.

- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $500 fine.
- Occupancy and noise limits are vigorously enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
- Lost Keys replacement fee of $300

Any damages to our home will incur additional charges.

- Lost Towels or Damage Towels by Makeup or other stains
- Damage or missing bed sheet sets
