This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance. The new renovated El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants. The home uses an on-demand water heater (line heater), though temperature may vary and may be warm rather than extra hot.

Better than expected. Very close to the beach, restaurants and casino's. Communication with the host could not be better. Balcony offered a closer than expected view of the airport and the runways. I sat a night watching planes land and take off.

I loved my stay here, it was located in a safe area, communication with the host was easy. Everything I needed was walking distance. I chose to uber around rather than renting a car to explore. Decent restaurants on the strip. Old San Juan was beautiful. I loved the rooftop bar Kumo. 10/10 I would definitely book another stay here

Nice place!

The building is older, but the actual condo is updated & very clean. It is kind of close to the airport, so if you are sensitive to sound this might not be the place for you. Super cute bakery/breakfast/lunch place across the street. Easy walk to CVS & the beach, as well as restaurants. We had a great stay!

Staying at Casa Bliss was a good experience for the most part of but there was little things where I wouldn't rebook again. Future guest should be warned there is no hot water. I wasn't aware and when I messaged if there's anyway to warm it up, there wasn't and I was told it was "warm.' It is not, its on the colder side and as someone who like hot water, this is a negative. I was also confused of why it is the guest responsibility to take out the trash? The owner made it seem as soon as the guest check out, a cleaning team goes in immediately so why does the guest need to do it. The comforter needs to be changed immediately, it looked really gross and dingy, and not cleaned. Overall I rate my experience 4.5 out of 10. The place and area did what it needed to do but I wouldn't rebook. I think theres better places for your money.

Only warm water in the shower. Barely warm. Very low water pressure. Sliding door did not lock closed. The planes are loud enough without having a gap in the door.
